Fleet preferences
Applies to backend tracking even when nobody has the dashboard open.
Only while movement is confirmed. Extra requests pause during diagnostics. Passive five-second reporting continues; no firmware update is needed.

Per-vehicle speed thresholds are optional and configured on the vehicle profile. Diagnostic schedules live in Diagnostics.
Named places & geofences
Draw a circle or polygon, give it a name, then save. Changes are drafts until saved.
Add depots, collection points, branches or operational areas.

Use the map toolbar to draw a circle or polygon. Existing location history never generates retroactive geofence alerts.
